How long does shipping take? All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). After shipment, delivery takes 7–14 business days within the United States. Total estimated delivery time is 8–17 business days.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is completely free on all orders to the United States. No minimum order required.
How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime using our Track Your Order page. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate.
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. To start a return, contact us at support@lovlitu.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the item.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item? Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lovlitu.com with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
How do exchanges work? To exchange an item, return the original item first and place a new order for the desired product once your return is approved.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, Elo, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship to all US states. International shipping is not available at this time.
